Include the following in your email:
1. Name/phone number
2. Ideal date & time
3. Delivery or pickup: If you are requesting delivery, provide the delivery address and any delivery instructions. If you are requesting pick-up, let us know what day & location you would like to pick up - our upcoming schedule can be found on https://www.hicravings.com/schedule
4. Your order :) don't forget to pick a blend for your tray and any add-ons if you wish
** PICK-UP ONLY: Please note - trays must be picked up as soon as our truck arrives to a location, due to storage restrictions we don't have room to "hold" trays on arrival, because of this, tray order customers ARE permitted to cut the line upon arrival to expedite service and maintain tray quality.**
Eg; Saturday we are located in Ewa from 4:30pm - 6:30pm - Customer must pick up at 4:30/ or when the truck arrives
** LATE FEES/CANCELLATIONS: Orders submitted with less than a 24 hour notice are subject to a $15 late fee due to late preparation and scheduling. Any cancellations should also be made 24 hours prior to fulfillment. **
